Art & In-House Design
Any items that require artwork for production purposes will be sent out for approval prior to manufacture. In many cases the client may require their own existing logo or artwork to be reproduced in which case we ask that this is supplied to us via email, disk or film (details of preferred formats are listed below). However, there are also circumstances whereby no company logo yet exists and our art department can assist in the design and layout of your new company identity. Artwork is an essential part of production and over recent times we have fully upgraded this department.

Sending us a logo or file? Please note we use Corel Draw. The files we use must be in one of the following formats:
  • Ai
  • EPS
  • DXF
  • DWG
  • CDR

Chemical Etching
At our premises in Inchicore we have a full chemical etching plant which facilitates us in the production of stainless steel & brass plates. Through chemical etching (chemical engraving) we can reproduce special typefaces & logos which can be infilled to colour of choice.

Engraving & Routering
Engraving: With a fully computerised engraving department we can produce one or a quantity of items in PVC or metal. Engraving gives you the most cost effective way of manufacturing nameplates which require individual numerals / serial numbers, names or information on each plate which is ideal for the identification of equipment or simply for name badges.

Routering
Also in-house we have full routering available which allows us to create individual letters to specific fonts in a range of materials.

Installation
We provide a full installation service on all internal & external signage.

Screen Printing
We silk screen print onto a wide range of materials including: anodised aluminium, brass, decals, foams, foils, polycarbonates, PVC’s & stainless steel. These materials can be surface or in some cases reverse printed.
